Working in an office is part of many people’s working life at one point or another and can be great fun. Having office jokes and going through the struggles of a busy period together bring you closer as a working unit. However, sitting at a desk all day has some drawbacks to your health. I’ve only been in an office job for about 4 months now, so I am still very new to this lifestyle. However, almost immediately I’ve noticed differences in the way I feel.
