City Sport Academy trip to Rangers "QPR"

Our City Sport Academy session at Edward woods has been going from strength to strength throughout the year. We have been able to take the local children and volunteers to live football games in the last couple of months. In October we had trip to take them to watch QPR vs Sheffield Wednesday, the children had so much fun watching a 3-0 QPR win and meeting the mascot during the intervals. Some of the parents of children were quoted saying “the kids were talking about the game all night and how funny the mascot was at dancing” We also took our local volunteers to the most recent England game vs USA at Wembley stadium. They watched a convincing 3-0 win. Both were great nights out to experience

Hello Andrew/Laura I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you so much for the free tickets you provided for the Tower Bridge Exhibition to our cohort of urban west London youngsters on Monday 22nd Oct. We had a truly fantastic day in and around London, using all its wonderful modes of transport and enjoying the sights and sounds of the city. The cherry on the icing on the cake though was undoubtedly Tower Bridge. The young people had no idea we were going into the bridge when we disembarked from the Thames clipper and headed that way, only the youth workers knew what we were doing.
